We will work to get your show-ready prior to listing it on the market. I will have professional photos and videos taken for the listing, as well as give you a staging consultation to help your home look its best. Small projects such as painting, de-cluttering and yard maintenance go a long way towards getting it prepared for buyers!

Once a buyer decides that your home is the one for them, they will send me a written offer. We will go over all of the offers and options together to discuss the best pick with taking into account the buyer’s qualification, terms, price, etc.

I will talk to with the buyer’s agent to negotiate price, financing, closing costs, repairs, etc. Once we’ve reached an offer that you feel comfortable with, you will sign for acceptance.

Throughout the escrow process, there will be inspections, an appraisal, walk through, etc. During this time, the buyer may ask for certain things to be repaired or replaced. This will be a time for additional negotiations.

Throughout the escrow process, you and the buyers will be sending necessary paperwork to the escrow company to ensure a smooth closing. This is the time to begin packing and calling to take care of your utilities!
